I love these for a sweaty indoor workout. Just pop in my earbuds and start moving, whether running/sliding in place, dancing, scooting across the floor, or doing sliding squats or lunges, I can really get my heartrate up with these discs. Best of all, they glide easily and don't scratch up the floor. These are a great investment.
They’re pretty standard workout sliders. The shiny plastic is slippery so you can’t really use that side with socks on or else your foot will slide off; but that problem will come up with any workout slider. They work well on carpet and hard floor. Overall for price point and quality I’d recommend
These work great for your knee / leg after ACL or Osteotomy surgery. The build up of muscle and at home grinding is everything in between PT appointments. I highly recommend this if you want to heal at optimal speed.
Ok for the price. My dry feet slide off both sides. They are functional on carpet with shoes on. I use them for knee strengthening exercises and core strengthening exercises. They are adequate but nothing I would purchase again.

Thought I could use these in conjunction with my ab-roller but does not work. Difficult to use on hard floors since my place is not carpeted. Damaged surface after intensive usage on these floors. The knee pads of similar brand that I am using are of so much better quality and durability.
